12 appointments at the restaurants of the Turism Consortium of the Lanzo Valleys to re-discover the seasonal products of the Piedmontese territory and our Valleys through traditional recipes and original reinterpretations. The initiative will also be an opportunity to get to know the territory and its multiple aspects through the proposals of individual operators, nature walks, strolls through the narrow streets, visits to museums, workshops, tasting of wine and local products, primitive corn, music and sport ….a mountain for every….taste. Here are the forthcoming events of the project ‘A mountain for everyone’:

12th May Flavours, colours and the scents of Spring in the Ala Valley ALA
HOTEL D’ALA – RESTAURANT SILLA A short, guided, morning walk to discover the potentialities that our territory offers. At 13.00 lunch with local products, particularly those in season.

18th May Territory dinner
BALME – REFUGE ‘LES MONTAGNARDS’
A dinner based on seasonal products with wine tasting offered by the Caretto Company.

19th May Medicinal Herbs
USSEGLIO – IL CAMMINETTO , MARGONE
A themed lunch with wines of Cascina del Pozzo 2 nd June – Colours for …. every taste!

RUBIANA/VIU’ – REFUGE – COLLE DEL LYS A visit to the Municipal Art Gallery and the Rubiana Artists’ Group, followed by a colourful lunch at the refuge.

8 th June – Naturally – a selection of products and fine wines from the area.
BALME – PIAN DELLA MUSSA – REFUGE CITTA’ DI CIRIE’
A dinner with tasting of a selection of local products, wine, champagne and products from the Barot flour mill.

15th June FlavoursALAmountains ALA DI STURA – GRAND HOTEL ALA DI STURA A walk through the narrow streets of Ala with itinerant appetizers and then dinner.

16th June Flavours from the Alpine Pastures USSEGLIO – HOTEL RESTAURANT FURNASA Visit to the A. Tazzetti museum + lunch using primitive corn and tasting of the Caretto wines.

22th June Turgia sausage dinner BALME – PIAN DELLA MUSSA – AGRITURISM ‘LA MASINA’ Workshop of flow learning. Awareness and Nature + dinner

23th June Aperibike and improvised music
USSEGLIO – HAMLET PIAZZETTE – BAR COSTAFIORITA Aperibike at 12.00 and 18.00.
In the morning a race and the opportunity to try out an ebike. From 18.30 improvised music.
